1. Wash your hands & the utensils you need. 2. Put 5 tablespoons (30 g) of cereal into a clean bowl. 3. Add about 100 ml (just over 1/2 cup) of the milk that you are currently feeding your baby and mix well.
Storage instructions:
Unopened: store in a cool, dry place. Opened: seal bag after use to retain freshness.
