I read all the reviews and decided to try it, it works so well. Leaves my hair silky and smooth, naturally my hair is curly and get very frizzy even after straightening but not with the Remington! I absolutely love it.

Better than GHD
I dont own one of these myself, I have one of those cheap safeway ones. My mother in law asked me once to straigthen her hair using the Remington 230. I was so impressed. It makes your hair look so shiny and healthy. The way it heats up within 15 seconds is amazing. People are alwaya talking about how good the GHD is, but I think this one is WAY BETTER. I dont even use my old safeway anymore. I borrow my mother in laws (until i can afford my own Remington that is!)

Fabulous and excellent hair straightener works better than my ghd. Silky and smooth hair. One stroke is all it takes. Leaves hair feeling soft ,smooth and silky. Would definitely recommend this straightener.

I honestly absolutely love love love this hair iron , I have had a GHD a Tresemmè hair iron , a toni&guy, a Safeway hair iron, a revlon straightener and a babyliss hair straightener and I have gone back and fourth to the shops a lot of times returning those hair irons because they never worked on my hair . The Tresemmè one did I kept that. Anyways after a lot of trips , stressing my family and boyfriend I finally found the right hair straightener for me and it works so well and keeps my hair straight all day I am so so happy and I highly recommend it and I will only ever buy Remington hair straighteners and the price is great! There was lots of hair irons I bought there that was more expensive then Remington hair irons but none do the job like the Remington straightener I bought . I have very thick curly hair so it is amazing !
