It's Okay
The colour on the box versus on your hair is extremely different. It comes out as super neon hot pink instead of the colour they show. My hair was a good blonde before dying and I'm not happy with how different the result and advertising is. I would recommend going to a salon instead to get a more accurate result of colour

Colour gets lighter with repeated applications
I notice with this product that as I continue using it the end result becomes a lighter pink.

Works if you're careful
I first tried this without using the bleach. The colour didn't cover my roots. I bought another pack and used the bleach. I conditioned my hair with a 30 minute treatment after the bleach. I didn't want to go full colour so mixed one third of the colourant with conditioner and applied. Came out less bright as I expected. Use a very mild shampoo to wash hair otherwise colour comes out fast. Conditioner supplied is good but use the serum sparingly as it is very greasy.

Colour difference
The colour description on the box says "light pink", however, it turned out to be hot pink and red. I am disappointed.
Also, it claims to wash out within 8 washes. I have washed my hair over 20 times, and it is still on my head in its entirety. So it seems to have stained my hair.
My last point is that it claims to be nourishing but the peroxide has damaged my hair and the conditioner didn't do much to help.

Good but I don't need the pre lightening kit
I didn't use the pre lightening kit as my hair is already lightened. I used another make developer with the colourant - huh, why can't they include this in the pack? Hair turned bright pink which is fine if you like it that way. A fair amount of the colour came out with the first wash, bearing in mind I turned the product into a permanent colourant. I like it for a change.

Color not the same as the label say
On the box it said light pink. I put it on my blonde hair and it came out shocking neon pink
