Place 200 ml of water/milk in a glass or your favourite shaker. Gradually add four levels scoops (53g) of Replace Classic in your glass whilst stirring. Stir or shake until the powder dissolves. Have 1-2 servings daily to substitute a meal or supplement your diet.
Storage instructions:
Keep this product in a cool (under 25°C), dry (below 65% humidity) and ventilated place to extend shelf life. Store away from direct sunlight. After opening and resealing this product, it should be used within one month. Do not refrigerate. Best before date on bottom of can.
