How to use
Usage instructions:
Use the doe-foot applicator to apply Glimmer Liquid Shadow directly onto your lids. Blend using your finger in a patting motion, or use an eye makeup brush in a windshield-like motion. Apply one layer for a soft wash of colour. Apply additional layers for a higher impact look, allowing the colour to dry completely between swipes.
