What a useless safeway product. This thing worked for 13 months a it was dead. I was not even using it everyday. I'm disappointed with all Safeway products. Safeway do better with your products. You deserve zero 0 rating.

very disappointing.. i used the blender 2 times onbthe third time the plastic under the motor melted and its leaking.

Burning smell
I bought this blender yesterday, tested it today.
It ran fine for 30seconds and suddenly developed a burning plastic smell.
The motor also doesn't turn at a constant speed, I've never owned a blender before so I'm not sure if that's a normal operation of the motor.
The blended product is perfect though

Safeway Blender
I would not recommend, my blender stopped working after a month.I could not return it as I lost the physical slip but had a picture of it on my phone; picture was taken the day I bought the blender. I am really dissapointed because I am a student and I saved up for it.
