Usage instructions:

Charging the trimmer:
When charging for the first time, charge the Trimmer for approximately 8 hours, until the battery is fully charged. The charging indicator lamp will illuminate when charging.
The battery must be completely run out before recharging the trimmer.
DO NOT CHARGE THE APPLIANCE FOR MORE THAN 24 CONSECUTIVE HOURS.
Charging with the charging stand:
Ensure that the appliance is switched OFF.
Place the Trimmer on the charging Stand.
Plug the adaptor into a socket and connect to the charging stand.
The battery will start to charge and the charging indicator light will illuminate.
Once charged, remove the adaptor from the charging stand and remove the adaptor from the socket. Using the comb attachments:
Hold the trimmer back-to-front. Check that the cutting length locking switch at the base of the Trimmer is in the "OPEN" position.
Slide the two guide rails on the comb attachment into the grooves on the casing of the Trimmer. The comb attachment can be set to any of the 7 lengths (3 to 18 mm) for cutting.
Cutting length #1 - leaves hair approx. 3 mm in length.
Cutting length #2 - leaves hair approx. 5.5mm in length.
Cutting length #3 - leaves hair approx. 8 mm in length.
Cutting length #4 - leaves hair approx. 10.5mm in length.
Cutting length #5 - leaves hair approx. 13 mm in length.
Cutting length #6 - leaves hair approx. 15.5mm in length.
Cutting length #7 - leaves hair approx. 18 mm in length
To set the desired length, move the cutting-length locking switch to "OPEN" position.
Place your thumbs on the switch on the comb attachment, and slide it backwards or forward, until you reach the desired cutting length.
Example: if the small arrow on the trimmer points to the arrow indicating "7", the set hair cutting length will be 18mm.
Once you have set the required hair cutting length, you will have to slide the cutting -length locking switch to the "LOCK" position, to fix the comb attachment in this setting.
Tips for beginners:
Never move the trimmer quickly through the hair. The appliance works best if it is pushed gently through the hair.
Comb the hair at regular intervals in order to remove the excess hair that has been cut. While doing this, you can check whether the hair has been cut evenly.
It is recommended to start with a longer cut and work down to the desired length
Using your Trimmer:
Preparation:
Wash hair first, then towel dry.
Comb the hair so that it falls naturally. Loosely hold the trimmer in your hand, so that you always have the correct degree of control as you cut.
Cutting:
Unlock the comb attachment by sliding the cutting-length lock switch to the "OPEN" position.
It is recommended that you set the first length of cut to 18mm and then work down to the desired length.
Fix this cutting length by moving the cutting-length lock switch back to " LOCK". This procedure must be repeated every time that the length of cut is reset.
Start by trimming the sides from the bottom upwards. Hold the trimmer lightly against the hair with the teeth of the comb attachment pointing up, but flat against the head.
Slowly lift the Trimmer up and outward through the hair (use a shorter length setting if necessary), cutting only a small amount at a time.
Repeat around sides and back of head.
If you want to cut the hair shorter, you have to select a setting for a shorter length of cut. Alternatively, you could use the same setting and press down more firmly, then lift the Trimmer out more slowly.
The entire procedure requires practice, and it's always better to leave too much hair during the first few haircuts.
You can use the 8 or 10.5mm hair length setting to cut the top of the hair of the head quite short. Use the 3 or 5.5mm setting to cut crew cuts.
With the Trimmer flat against the head, slowly start trimming from the front to the back. Again, it is better to leave the hair longer during the first few haircuts.
Outlining
You will need the comb attachment to finish off the cut.
Remove the comb attachment for this step.
Comb hair to the desired style.
Position the trimmer between the sideburns and the ears.
Make sure that the corner edge of the blade is against the hairline.
With the outline of the hair as a guide, slowly move the trimmer over, and around behind the ears.
For the back of the neck and sideburns, hold the trimmer upside down and move it downwards, whilst holding it against the skin at the desired length.
