Turns off after 10 minutes
Turns off after 10 minutes & displays a -1 on temperature screen. Brand new used for the 1st time. Now another trip to the store. What a waste of time.

I bought this straightner yesterday but I am highly dissappointed.Due to the fact that I fine hair. Don't need a fancy flat iron. The highest setting is 220° but it doesn't feel like it though. It takes like 2min. To heat up but won't recommend if you don't have really fine hair.

I had the Toni & guy and it was so amazing - when it broke I bought this and it doesn’t get hair to be sleeky straight and bouncy

Not great, would not recommend
Unable to wrap one's fingers around the handle for a better grip without pressing the protruding buttons; of the temperature settings. It's quite a hassle to gain a good grip which just prolongs the whole exercise.
