Usage instructions:
Adults (18 years and older): Dissolve one effervescent tablet in 250 ml of water. Drink as required to quench thirst and replace fluid loss. Can be taken before, during or after exercise, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Storage instructions:
Store at or below 25 °C. Protect from moisture. Store in the original container.
Warnings:
Not to be used in cases of dehydration as a substitute of an oral rehydration solution. Use with caution in patients with established osteoporosis
