Use throughout the year when needed. Adults & children 12+ years: 10 ml daily. Children 3-12 years: 5 ml daily. Increased dose for extra support: Adults & children 12+ years: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) up to four times daily. Children 3-12 years: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) up to four times daily.
