Shake bottle before use.
Step 2:
Each serving = 2 x tablespoons (30 ml).
For best results:
Drink 2 hours before or after medication.
For severe cases: Drink 1-4 servings at bedtime with water.
To maintain: Drink 1-2 servings a day.
Do not drink for more than 2 weeks.
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Store below 25 degrees C in a dry place.
