Sensodyne Fresh Mint Fluoride Toothpaste 75 ml
1 What is tooth sensitivity? Many people of all ages experience sensitive teeth. If you have sensitive teeth then you will have exposed dentine - the inner core of the tooth which surrounds the nerve. Hot and cold food and drink can stimulate the nerve so you feel pain. Why have I got it? Over vigorous tooth brushing can cause gums to recede. Other causes include teeth grinding or acid erosion. Once dentine is exposed you need to take extra care as it is vulnerable to further damage. Why is Sensodyne right for me? Sensodyne is specifically formulated to be less abrasive than most ordinary toothpastes and provide effective cleaning, so it helps protect dentine and relieves sensitive teeth. Sensodyne also contains fluoride to strengthen teeth and prevent decay and has a fresh minty taste. How does it work? Sensodyne's active ingredient penetrates deep into the tooth to soothe the nerve and relieve sensitivity. Used twice daily Sensodyne builds up effective protection against sensitive teeth.* *Dentists recommend the Sensodyne brand. Sensodyne is a trademark of the GlaxoSmithKline Group of Companies.
