On-going support:
Adults and children above 12 years: take 1 capsule twice daily.
Children 6 -12 years: take 1 capsule once daily.
When additional support is required:
Adults and children above 12 years: take 1 capsule three times daily.
Children 6-12 years: take 1 capsule twice daily or as prescribed by your healthcare professional.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
If your symptoms continue, please see your healthcare professional.
Sinulex can be taken once daily, all year round to help boost immunity and keep sinuses clear.

I agree, I wish i found this sooner. Was sick 2 weeks ago and wasnt getting completely better even after prescription. I went back and asked my doc offices for neubilizer meds from my doctor but didnt get it, as she was off. I think message didnt get to her. I had sinu forte prescribed week before with my antibiotics. So went back to get this as i was a lot worse and needed another course of antibiotics by now. Saw this yesterday and took it, an hour later i decided to take another, and wow it started working. I think it the horseradish as a natural antibiotic in it helped. Today im actally able to breathe more and it lossening the nasal passages way better. Im buying another pack today and wont go back to sinu forte.
