How to use

Usage instructions:
Dissolve the Instant Dry Yeast in 125ml of Warm Water. Leave the yeast to activate for 5 minutes. Once the yeast begins to bubble, mix in the oil. Keep a small handful of the pizza dough premix aside for later. Add the remaining premix into bowl and make a well in the centre. Pour in the yeast mixture and mix with a wooden spoon until a dough is formed. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place to rise for 20 minutes. Dust a clean surface with the remaining premix Split the dough in two and roll out each portion into a circle (approx. 20cm). Place on a lightly greased baking tray and leave in a warm place to rise for 15 minutes. Sprinkle each pizza base with your favourite toppings. Heat oven to 220°C and bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool 5 minutes. Store in the fridge and consume with 3 days.
