Instructions for use:
Before using the Sorbet 5-in-1 light therapy device:
Charge the device for first-time use. Connect the cable to the product and the USB port to a computer or USB plug. The charging indicator light will turn on during charging and will turn off after the device is fully charged. Charging time is around 4 hours.
Wash your face with lukewarm water and a cream cleanser. Warm water helps lift the dirt from pores.
After washing, dab your face with a towel.
Apply serum to your face.
Switch the 5-in-1 light therapy device on by pressing the [power button.
The default setting is intensity level 1.
To adjust the intensity level, press the power button. The numbers will light up to indicate on which intensity level the device is set. Level 1 is the lowest intensity, level 4 is the highest.
To select the type of light treatment you would like to use, press the LED sel. button. (See features for an explanation of each treatment).
Starting from the forehead area, slowly and gently move the device across the face from top to bottom and side to side.
It is normal to experience a slightly warm feeling on your skin. If you do feel any discomfort, do not continue using the device as it may cause scarring.
An alarm will go off after 10 minutes and the device will automatically switch off.
Note: the skin should be kept moist during treatment. Apply serum when necessary. It helps skin to absorb the products more efficiently.
Cleaning and maintenance:
Do not use steel wool, abbrasive cleaning agents or corrosive liquids (e.g. petrol or acetone) to clean the product. After each use, use a wet towel to wipe the face, and dry with a dry towel. Use clean distilled water.

Works pretty well, but make sure to have a conductive gel for the radio frequency to work, even aloe vera gel will help.

Amazing
I had deep pitted scars on both cheeks as well as deep horizontal wrinkles on my forehead. I used the wand daily and after two weeks it seemed like there wasn't much change. Until two weeks later. So after a month of consistent use, the scars are becoming more shallow and the wrinkles are becoming more firm. I cannot recommend this enough. It really delivers.

I've been using this for about 6 weeks on elderly skin that has seen much skin damage. It charged in 2 hours and I haven't needed to charge it again. Apart from 4 nights, I have used it daily. I can see my skin is much tighter, the colour has evened out & the wrinkles are slowly going. It doesn't say so, but I have used it on my red turkey neck & can see a very big difference. The wrinkles have practically gone and the redness. Still a bit in the middle, but I go carefully there. I am delighted with the results so far. My skin was not good from spending a lot of time in the sun, so the improvement for me has been quite drastic. Definitely recommend, ladies.

It works, the blue light try to avoid it if you have dry skin type like me especially during winter, it makes the skin dry even research shows to at blue light side effect is dry skin. I used it with Cetaphill moisture and bio oil because I have dry skin. But unfortunately today it stopped functioning it shuts down every five seconds , only worked for two weeks which is painful because I bought this with 50%of my allowance now I’m starving and I look at it in my wardrobe and it’s not functioning. And most sorbet devices this is the common complaint. I don’t know what I’m gonna do because I lost my slips but I bought online maybe they’ll take it back at clicks I’m not sure but I’m in a lot of pain this device is literally R900. I sacrificed my money for nothing

Loved it!
I have only used this device twice with the combination of Neutrogena's Hyaluronic acid and Skin Republics Retinol 1% and already I can see a difference in my skin's complexion, elasticity and wrinkles. Using the device is NOT painful at all and is so comfortable to use. I would really recommend it.

Don't buy it.
I had 2 of them and after a few months of using it 3 times a week the metal on the nodes came off slowly revealing copper color. Not real stainless steel. Cheaply made it works but it is horrible quality

Product not as advertised?
I was disappointed to learn the device I bought did not have all the advertised lights. Green and orange. When I took it back to exchange it the store clerk showed me another returned unit. Had the same problem. Not all lights as advertised. Pity. The product works at least the lights I used.

Worth every cent
It works great, super easy to use. I love that it charges up and you can use it for a really long time. Pair it up with a good serum and it will definitely help acne and those scars that seem impossible to leave.

I have been using the device consistently for over 3 months now and I have not seen a difference whatsoever. I am highly disappointed as I expected more from Sorbet

I used the Sorber 5 in 1 Light Led therapy once and could see a difference after first use. My skin looked brighter and more toned but my skin also felt a bit sensitive and red. The following dat k had a rash around my eyes and my forehead felt like prickly pins when I touched it. The rest of my face is fine though I'm waiting for this irritation to disappear so I can use it again. I'm not sure if this is a healing process or shouldn't be used near eye area.

Glowing and smooth skin
After only 3 days my skin was glowing and smooth like never before. I have always had good skin and bought this for pigmentation. The smoother and glowing skin is a bonus. I have not seen the lightning of pigmentation YET but this device is so worth it.
