I bought a grey one today and used it for the first time, I must say I am impressed. My skin feels so soft and smooth!

wow for now.
Bought this about 6 months ago , worked perfectly until a few weeks ago. IT JUST STOPPED WORKING. i charged it, didn't work, thought okay, maybe it wasn't fully charged, charged it AGAIN until the light was BLUE, and it's still not working. very very disappointed with this brush. didn't even last me a full year.

I bought this little device months ago & i absolutely love it! it leaves my skin feeling soft and gives it a glow, makes my blackheads less visible & even takes some away! only downfall is it doesn't stay charged for long, after 3 uses or so I have to charge it again

Good product for 2 months
I bought this in September 2019, it did wonders for my skin, but towards the end of November 2019 it just stopped working, even after a full charge, it did not turn on. The overall design needs a bit of a tweek; the plastic clip, holding the brush heads, probably would not last longer than a few months of regular use that is if the brush does not stop working before then. The charging point is at the bottom of the brush and the rubber cover does not really seal, so be careful when using it in the shower. Sorbet claims, in the leaflet, that the device is waterproof; looking at the placement of the charging point, I highly doubt it. Overall not a bad product if you are willing to replace the device every 2 months. Replaced mine with the Sorbet Sonic Pro, it costs more, but the design seems sturdy and well thought trough.

I bought this facial cleanser few months back, it was doing justice to my skin, Until it stopped working even though I recharge it and the small light turns blue it does not work. I'm heart broken. It did not even last 5 months.

My first time I bought this brush was in 2017 end of the year. It worked perfectly for a few months until one day it just stopped working. I returned the product and was given a brand new one. Fast forward a few months later the same happened and now i am sitting with yet another broken product that just stopped working.

I bought this brush a few months ago. The hairstraighteners on the daily moisturization brush started falling out and it stopped working I keep charging it ando the light indicator turns blue it doesn't work

Broken Item
Bought this brush yesterday at Clicks Pavillion. When I got home, realized the seal was broken. No user manual inside and the brush doesn't work. I charged it until the light turned blue but it still does not turn on.
It almost seems like it was a returned item that was put back on the shelf.

Jury is still out
I bought this because I had read that it helps remove acne scars faster and I wanted to try a different exfoliating brush. I had been using the body shop manual face brush which does a great job in getting rid of dead skin. The daily cleansing brush on this device is gentler than that brush so I feel like it isn't doing as good a job. I don't use the silicone or exfoliating brushes because it feels like those brushes are doing nothing. I use the daily cleansing brush maybe three times a week because using it daily causes my skin to overproduce oil so I need to use it minimally. It isn't bad. Just not as strong at cleaning my face as the body shop brush. This depends on your skin type too. More sensitive skin might benefit from this. It stays charged for two weeks which is nice and it is easy to clean the brushes. Will try to update this in a month if I see any progress.

Great product
I have been using the exfoliation brush nightly for over two weeks now. My skin is radiant and the dark circles on my eye area are fading as well as acne hyperpigmentation. However, good things are best in moderation as the skin does get dry with more exfoliation. I've now opted for the daily brush and find it more gentle but rather faster in rotation compared to the exfoliation brush. I have not recharged the device in two weeks, which is good. Am happy to say Im so much comfortable with my bare face that I haven't worn any make up while using the face brush.

Great product
I've been using the cleanser for almost 4 weeks. My face feels clean after every use. I love the sensitive brush most. I exfoliate twice a week and use the daily brush on alternate days. My skin glows and product penetrates the skin more. I haven't had any breakouts because there is no build up in my pores anymore. It has changed my facial routine for the better.

This facial Cleanser is the bomb, I have been using it for over 2 years now and its been great to my skin, Its super simple to use and have great brushes that pairs with it.
Its amazing if you dealing with acne this is also a good tool to use, Cleans out your pores and dirty bacteria on the face.Highly recommandable.

Love this, been using mine for 2 years now, my face is much more cleaner, love that you can charge it as well, it has two brushes, use the one to remove make up as well works like a dream.

I love it
I got this one, it comes with a silicone head which cant grow bacteria, then theres a sensitive brush(never used mine) and an exfoliating one, i like to use 1-2-3 times a week when i have dry bits or feel really oily.
Ive noticed immediately that my skin is super soft, and when i do moisturize or use a pimple cream it feels like it works more thoroughly cause ive sloughed off all the dead skin making a barrier.
Might just be tooting my horn here but also reckin the vibration helps with plumping my skin, look so good an healthy when i use it before make up. Its just looks sooo much better.

Sorbet - Rechargeable Facial Cleanser
I have been looking for an electric facial cleanser for a while but the price always puts me off. I purchased this on Saturday and i am in love with it! i have used it 3 times already and my skin is already looking so much better. i love that it is rechargeable as buying batteries is such an effort for me. i Have sensitive skin and acne and this has been very gentle. However the daily brush is a-bit rough on the skin. so i suggest using the exfoliate brush for a daily cleanse and daily cleans as the exfoliate brush.

Good but short life span
Great product. Charging is a bit irritating as it needs a usb port. Also mine only lasted 5 months and no longer turns on which is a bit disappointing. Definitely an essential product but Ill be giving another brand a try and holding thumbs for a longer lifespan.

Amazing
I struggle with my skin and breakouts. The facial cleanser really helped me with breakouts that i recently experienced. I would recommend this device to friends and family. I have already used it for a week and my skin is in a better condition already. It even removed the ugly marks left behind from the breakouts on my face. It really does give your skin a glow and a smooth touch. I use it every third or fourth day with my Dove soap.

Money well spent
I recently bought the Sorbet rechargeable facial cleanser and am very impressed with it. The silicone brush head is ideal for night time use to remove make up and gives a lovely massage for your face. I then use the daily brush head in the mornings, I find it very gentle, perfect for just cleansing to start your day fresh. The exfoliation brush head exfoliates well without being too harsh on your skin. The rechargeable feature is great, so no battery changes necessary. The product looks great and is comfortable to use. I would definitely recommend this product, price range is excellent when compared to other brands.

Handy Tool
I have been using this for about 3 weeks now and it has made my night time quite effective. This helps your products be more effective and penetrate. The daily brush is very harsh though, I use it as an exfoliating brush and the exfoliating brush is a lot more gentler.
I am happy I bought this though, it keeps me at ease.

Alternative to chemical scrubs
My cousin suggested the mechanical facial cleanser to me. It left my skin a little sore afterwards but it improved after I changed the use to max 90 seconds and only once a week and then applied Aloe Vera gel afterwards to avoid any irritation. Its a great investment and saved me money on facial scrubs.

not for daily use
I've had acne scars for years now and bought this spin brush because everyone was raving about it on youtube. I thought the daily brush was working at first but then my skin would get clogged and my scars would look worse. I think it's best to use it once or twice a week when you want your skin to look fresh. It's also good for removing heavy makeup.
