Indication: Sterimar™ nasal hygiene is recommended for children and adults to: Cleanse and eliminate impurities. Moisturise and restore the natural moisture of the nasal mucosa. Sterimar™ helps prevent ear, nose and throat disorders by reinforcing the nasal mucosa's defences. Sterimar™ helps to improve breathing to facilitate a good sleep. All-positions bottle. Composition: Sterimar™ is an isotonic sea water solution that contains the same concentration of salt as the cells of the human body. Filtered and preservative-free. Sterimar™ sea water benefits from the recognised properties of mineral salts and marine trace elements such as zinc, copper, manganese, iron, magnesium and selenium. Each 100 ml contains: Sea water: 31.,82 ml Purified water qsp 100 ml. Aseptically packaged. Pressurised container with an inert gas (nitrogen). The solution is held within an inner container and does not come into contact with the nitrogen. Approximately 300 sprays. Convenient suitable. CE.

How to use
Usage instructions:
Dosage and directions for use: On first use prime the spray by pressing the nozzle once. For the daily nasal hygiene and moisturising of the nasal mucosa: Gently insert the nozzle into the nostril. Spray briefly, 1 to 2 times in each nostril. Let any excess solution flow out of the nose and then blow your nose. For a deeper cleansing of the nasal cavities: Tilt your head to one side and gently insert the nozzle into the uppermost nostril. Spray and hold the nozzle for 2 to 3 seconds. Let any excess solution flow out of the nose and then blow your nose. Repeat the operation in the other nostril if necessary. After each use, clean the nozzle in hot water and dry. Use 2 to 6 times a day or more if required. Please read the instructions carefully before use.
Storage instructions:
Store at or below 25 degrees C.

Pressurised container: may burst if heated. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50 degrees C/122 degrees F. Keep out of reach of children.

Nasal Hygiene Spray 100ml
This product is really amazing. I am currently pregnant and i have really bad sinus and there isn't much that i can you use. This product really works and I would recommend this to anyone.

What I love about this product is the pump action and spray velocity of this product. It is fantastic for clearing out the Nasal passages, and the fact that is a versatile product that spans across age groups etc. Would really recommend this!

Amazing product for sinuses. My sinuses get really bad in summer and when i was pregnant it was the only spray i could use for my sinuses. I also use it in my babies nose as its safe and reliable.

I have bad sinus I've tried all sorts of nasal sprays which only works for a short period but sterimar is reliable and natural even lost natural its quite pricey but it works. I even use this for my baby for a blocked nose.
