How to use
Usage instructions:
Topical use: Adults and children 3 years and older: Relief of joint and muscle inflammation: Apply thinly and evenly to the affected area, twice (2) per day. Wash hands thoroughly after application. Relief of respiratory symptoms and congestion: Apply thinly and evenly to the chest and back, twice (2) per day. Wash hands thoroughly after application. OR Inhalation technique: Adults and children 6 years and older: In a heat-safe container: add 10 g of Tibb-blackseed vapour rub to one litre of hot (not boiling) water and disperse it evenly with a spoon. Hold the face 15 to 20 cm above the container, keep the eyes closed and breathe slowly and deeply through the mouth or nose to inhale the steam. Perform twice (2) per day.
Storage instructions:
Store in a cool and dry place, at or below 25°C.
Warnings:
Keep out of reach of children. Do not apply on mucous membranes or wounds. Not recommended for children under 3 years of age.
