TRESemmé co-wash hair care is free of sulphates.
How to get the best results using Botanic Moisture and Replenish Co-Wash:
Step 1: Before applying your cleansing conditioner co-wash, make sure your hair is soaking wet. This pre-rinse will help to lift away any dirt and impurities which may be lying on the surface of your hair.
Step 2: Apply a generous amount of co-wash to the hair.
Step 3: Distribute evenly.
Step 4: Emulsify with a little water and massage from roots to ends.
Step 5: Rinse thoroughly.
Top tip: Keep the water temperature lukewarm to help to lock in moisture. Work the co-wash into your scalp and through the lengths of your hair, and leave for a minute before washing out. Great product
I wash my hair daily and this co wash keeps my hair smooth and moisturised...no more frizz.

If you want your hair to curl than this is the product for you. I apply the co-wash to my wet hair and the best part is it looks amazing and feels soft after washing it out. My curls are defined and dry beautifully without the build up on my scalp that I usually get from conditioner .

Contains silicones that build up in hair; hair ends up looking dull and weighed down. Would not recommend.

This makes my hair very dry and frizzy, some hair also started falling out. Not using it anymore...

Very happily surprised!
I have been battling with my hair this winter. It seems worse than normal. My scalp is dry and flaky just after washing, the roots get oily really quickly and the ends exceptionally dry, frizzy and unmanageable. I stumbled across this Co-wash by Tresemme when looking to see if there were any conditioners I hadn't tried yet.
I am so happy I did. It works better than I was expecting and makes washing easier and faster as there is only 1 step. My scalp feels better, less to no flaking and itching. My roots still get oily but the ends feel much better for longer with this Co-wash.
This is definitely worth trying!!

It does have silicones in it
If you're looking for a co-wash or conditioner that is free of silicones, then Tresemme Botanic Moisture and Replenish Co-Wash is not for you. It has both dimethicone and amodimethocone in it and both ingredients are relatively high up on the ingredients list.

My favorite
I recently started using this cowash and I absolutely love it. ItâÂÂs part of my wash day routine and my hair feels so soft and the smell is amazing. If you have very dry hair I would definitely recommend this cowash.
