Usage instructions:
Dosage instructions: Students: 1-2 capsules daily. Adults: 2-4 capsules daily. Ideally 1-2 capsules in the morning and 1-2 capsules at lunchtime. This however is dependent on your lifestyle, stress level, age, concentration requirements and whether working daytime or at night - so the dosage may vary from person to person. The minimum dosage is 2 capsules per day. Ultima brain fuel contains no caffeine.

Storage instructions:
Store at or below 25 degrees C.

Warnings:
Important note: Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery. Due to the nature of Ultima brain fuel, in some rare cases it may interfere with your ability to fall asleep.
