Recommended use: Throughout the day, before & after training. 20g protein = 1 scoop. 40g protein = 2 scoops. 20g protein serving: Mix ±1 scoop (30g) into 200-250 ml of cold water. 40g protein optimal double serving: Mix ±2 scoops (60g) into 400-500 ml of cold water.
