How to use
Usage instructions:
4 = 1 dosage: Adults: as a health supplement, take 4 vegi capsules with 200-250 ml water, or drink of your choice. Take one dosage prior to workout and another dosage following your workout. For best results, take a last dosage prior to bedtime. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Store in a cool, dry place at or below 25 degrees C.
