Dissapointed
I am so disappointed. I really loved my headphones, especially the colour. I unfortunately have to request for a return based on the following reasons:
The built in Mic does not work
The charging point does not work, which now deceives the whole pirpose of having Bluetooth headphones
Only the right side has sound.

Good headphones
I bought this on a whim because I wanted to see how they compare to my Beats wireless headphones and I must say, it's almost comparable. The reason for the four star rating is that the bass is almost non-existent when the phones are connected to my laptop and sound system through the aux cable. I tried it on my Honor and iPhone, but the quality of the sound isn't the same. But the wireless function is totally opposite. The bass and treble is well defined, and sound almost the same as my Beats. Not an issue, I use the Beats for work and the Volkano when I'm out running. It's a good set of headphones, the ear cups fit well, and so does the headband and it's constructed well. Well worth the price I paid for it.

The best damn earphones
I love these earphones as I cannot hear myself think... at all. Everyone around me knows exactly what I'm listening too because it's a party , I can leave them in 1 room and still hear them in 2 other rooms .. its brilliant.

Now I'm a guy who likes buying expensive stuff and won't even give cheap waste of money gadgets and hitech equipment a second look, but here I was at the Vodacom Shop collecting my brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ and Galaxy Watch 46mm LTE Version and I had my eye on a high tech pair of Sennheiser Bluetooth earbuds that I can easily afford to buy only next month payday. So sitting in my armchair at home after setting up my new devices, I decided to look around for Bluetooth earbuds and happened to check out these Bluetooth headphones from Volkano and said to myself let's go and get me a set of these if it was only to check out the Bluetooth capabilities of the Galaxy Note 10+, so next day off I went to my local Clicks Store and bought the Volkano Bluetooth Headphones for this cheap price, and boy was I shocked at the quality of these headphones and the sound Oh man the sound was so satisfying I ended up listening to music for hours and the comfort was easily on par with my Asus Steel Series Headphones although the bass was not as good as the Asus but good enough for me, bear in mind that I gave my brand new Galaxy Bluetooth Buds away to my wife because I was so disappointed with the useless bass on those Buds but these Volkano Headphones bass out performs those Galaxy buds for sound and clarity in the lows and mids although it cannot come close to those Galaxy Buds for features but who cares if you are a music and sound person and on a budget then the Volkano Bluetooth Phonic headset for listening to your favorite music at home is by far a best buy for you, and get it from Clicks Store I've never had a problem with their products before they seem to stock really good quality products. I'm giving this a full 5 rating for price, good set of features, ease of use and comfortable feel all round compared to other Headphones I have bought.
