Peel: Remove the strip from the backing liner. Apply: Place the gel side of the strip against your teeth. Align with gum line and press gently to secure. Fold over excess behind teeth. Wear: Leave on for 60 minutes. Gently peel off and discard the strip. Rinse mouth with water to remove any residual gel.
