Zoie Health Cycle over 30
I really enjoyed the Zoie Health Cycle Calm Effervescent. I have to admit I am not usually a fan of effervescent drinks, but this one was surprisingly pleasant and easy on my stomach. I recently turned 30 and got my period back about eight months ago after being on birth control for a few years, and my body has definitely been adjusting. This supplement has been such a gentle support during that transition. It not only tasted good but also helped me manage some of my PMS symptoms, especially the bloating and mood swings.
