Dosage and directions for use: Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Take one (1) caplet daily with or after breakfast. 3. Before you take Activovite™: Do not take Activovite™: If you are hypersensitive (allergic) to iodine or any of the ingredients of Activovite™ (see what Activovite™ contains). Patient information leaflet: 4. How to use Activovite™: Adults and children older than 12 years: Take one (1) caplet daily with or after breakfast. Always use Activovite™ exactly as per dosage instructions or as directed by your healthcare professional. You should check with your healthcare professional if you are unsure. If you use more Activovite™ than you should: No known symptoms of overdosage have been established. In the event of a suspected overdose, consult your doctor or pharmacist. If neither is available, contact the nearest hospital or poison centre. Treatment should be symptomatic and supportive.
Storage instructions:
Store in an airtight container below 25 degrees C, in a dry and dark place. Patient information leaflet: 6. Storing and disposing of Activovite™: Store at or below 25 degrees C. Store in original container. Keep the container tightly closed. Do not use after the expiry date stated on the label. Return all unused medicine or remedies to your pharmacist. I sit here and read these reviews and wonder, how does one immediately start feeling energetic the first day you take one tablet? Its just not possible, they need to be absorbed into the system and over a period of time before you start feeling the benefits. I wonder if people as just being nice, but they need to provide the correct information when doing a review...
In saying that, I do like what the product has to offer in terms of all the vitamins and minerals, including immune boosting properties, but one thing worries me. The fact that this product has not been evaluated by the Medicines Control Council. I would like to know what the reason for this is? Otherwise, will keep taking using and see what the long term results are.

I struggled with fatigue for a very Long time and having no energy to do just about anything even getting out of bed.
Someone recommend this multivitamin to me and the first day i drank it,it was like something inside of me awakened.
I do recommend this product.
It's good for my health and really helps me alot.
I have more energy to do my tasks and I'm not so tired ALL the time.
Worth it.!!!!!!

I'm very impressed with this multivitamins. I felt tired everyday and couldn't do my daily chores. But after a few days of using this product I have so much energy that my daily chores became an activity and easy without leaving me feeling tired .

Activovite the supplements ever.... !!!!
I am so amazed with this product, i am able to cope with my studies, work and family life....in addition my retired father was always complaining that he is tired but after taking the pills he is doing his garden every day..
