Usage instructions:
Directions for use: Brush thoroughly with a Colgate toothbrush, at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or physician. Children 6 years and under should have adult supervision and use only a pea sized amount to minimize swallowing. In case of intake of fluoride from other sources consult a dentist or doctor. I have tried this toothpaste and it really does it for me. My mouth feels different teeth stays clean for longer.whitening takes time though. It does as it says its really worth a try. Love it

Just love the toothpaste. Very good for you teeth. If you brush with it you will not have the fluffy feeling after a couple of hours
