Place the product behind the neck, on the stomach, on the calf, on the waist, on the back or on the leg.Method of usage:Connect the AC Adapter insert the socket of 220V/50HZ. Press ON/OFF once, to switch the massager and heating on, press again to turn it off.Press the ON/OFF for 3 seconds to shut down all the functions.During use, the product can change the rotation direction automatically (foreword & rollback)..After turning on the product, count down from 20 minutes.
