Usage instructions:
Daily requirement: 1 sachet (75g) = collagen peptides (10 tablets) + vitamins & minerals (3 tablets) + targeted BCAAS (2 tablets) + high protein. *Approximately 1000mg tablets. Daily dosage and recommended usage: Mix 1 x 75g sachet of Repair Food™ with 200 ml cold water in a shaker. Shake thoroughly to mix until smooth. Enjoy. Due to the nature of the protein in our unique formulation you must shake thoroughly in a shaker to ensure a smooth and delicious milky texture.
