Usage instructions:
Cauliflower soup (serves 6):
Ingredients:
6 cups (1.5 L) cauliflower florets (about 1 head).
2 1/2 cups (625 ml) water.
1/2 medium onion.
2 garlic cloves.
1 tsp (5 ml) salt.
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients in the blender.
2. Place the lid on the jug and lock it. Select the soup function and blitz until smooth.
3. Use the heating function to heat as desired.
