Care instructions: Refer to package insert for sterilisation instructions.
If you are breastfeeding your baby, using a feeding cup/bottle and teat may interfere with the baby's natural way of suckling your breast. If feeding cups and bottles are not sterilised correctly, viruses, bacteria and parasites can collect and potentially cause your baby to become ill. Tooth decay in young babies and children can occur even when non-sweetened fluids are used. To prevent this, ensure your baby isn't allowed to use the bottle for long periods throughout an entire day and particularly at night, when saliva flow is reduced. Do not let your baby use this item unsupervised. All components not in use should be kept out of children's reach. Before each use. Pull the teat in all directions. If there are any signs of damage or weakness, discard and replace. Do not put directly into the microwave. Never heat a sealed bottle in a microwave oven. Shake the bottle well to ensure even heat distribution. Always check the temperature of the bottle's contents before administering to your child. Feeding teats should not be used as a soother. Do not dip the teat in sweet substances (syrups, honey, jam, etc.) as this may lead to tooth decay and may also damage the teat. Do not leave a feeding teat in direct sunlight or heat, or leave in sterilising solution for longer than the recommended time as this may weaken the teat.
