How to use
Usage instructions:
Dosage:
Take one tablet daily, preferably after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dosage unless advised to do so by your Health Care Practitioner who may increase the dosage in cases of severe nutrient deficiency.

Store in the closed container in a cool dry place (below 30 degrees C), away from direct sunlight.
