How to use
Usage instructions:
For alleviation of nasal symptoms in case of stuffy nose: Use 4 to 6 times, spray 1 to 2 seconds in each nostril. For daily use for hygiene and supporting the prevention of nasal infections: Use 1 to 2 times a day, spray 1 to 2 seconds in each nostril. Adult supervision is recommended for use with children. Check that the spray works properly before proceeding. 1. Tilt your head to one side. Gently insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and press the nozzle once firmly for 1-2 seconds. Let the solution act for a few seconds. 2. Repeat with the other nostril. 3. Blow your nose gently.
