Do not immerse in water.Advice for use and care:The glass platform will be slippery when it is wet. Keep it dry.When weighing yourself, remain motionless.Do not strike, shock or drop the scale.Treat the scale with care, as it is a precise instrument.Clean the scale with a damp cloth and avoid water getting inside the scale.Do not use chemicals/abrasive cleaning agents.Keep the scale in a cool, dry location.Always keep your scale in a horizontal position.If the scale fails to turn on, check that the battery is properly in place and that it still has power. In the event of a faulty battery, replace with a new battery.If an error message persists, or the scale refuses to turn off, please remove the battery and re-insert after 3 or 4 seconds. If this does not resolve the problem, please contact your dealer for help.Do not use the scale for commercial purposes.For household use only.Operation:1. To make sure of accuracy, place the scale on a hard, flat floor and avoid carpets or soft surfaces.2. Gently step on the scale. The scale will automatically turn on.3. Stand evenly, without moving, and wait until your weight is locked in place.4. Press the "mode" button located on the back of the scale for kg, lb or st unit switch. Note: the scale is pre-set to kg.Automatic switch-off:When you step off the scale, it will automatically switch off. Auto shutdown is in effect if the scale displays "0.0", or shows the same weight for approximately 8 seconds.Error indication:Scale overload. (Maximum weight capacity is indicated on the scale.) Please step off to avoid damage.Low battery indication:Battery power is low. Please install new battery.Re-test:If the scale displays "[" when you step off the scale, there is an error. Please re-test.Battery:1 x 3v lithium battery (CR2032).Please remove the isolation sheet from the battery contact before use.To replace battery:Open battery case cover on the back of scale.Press battery gently, the battery will pop up automatically.Install new battery by connecting one side of the battery to the positive plate first, and then pressing down the other side. Please observe the correct polarity.

Err
The scale used to work fine but now i can even weigh myself anymore as soon as I step on it it gives me an Err message.. I even bought new batteries still same message. I dont know whats wrong with it

Not good quality - potential for injury
Worked ok, but the glass plate shattered into a billion pieces all over the bathroom floor when I accidently tapped the corner on the basin. I assumed it would be shatterproof glass, but it is definitely not. Not a safe Item to have in the bathroom where you are likely to be barefoot. I escaped with minor cuts.
