Cooking instructions:
1 cup chickpeas + 4 cups water = 2 cups cooked chickpeas.
Soak beans overnight. Drain and rinse. Add 4 cups of water for every 1 cup of chickpeas. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 2 hours or pressure cook for 12-15 minutes.
* Cooked chickpeas can be stored for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.

Store in a cool, dry place.
