Usage instructions:
For one serving: Pour 50g of Smart Instant Oats with Ancient Grains into a bowl. Add approximately 125ml boiling water or milk. Stir and enjoy! On the stove: Boil approximately ½ cup (125ml) water or milk. Add 50g of Smart Instant Oats with Ancient Grains and stir well. Cook for 1-2 minutes over medium heat and serve. In the microwave: Add approximately ½ cup (125ml) water or milk and 50g Smart Instant Oats Ancient Grains to a microwavable bowl and stir well. Microwave on high for 1 minute and serve.

Future Life Smart Oats
This cereal keeps me energised and fuller for longer. I prefer using milk instead of water, as this enhances the taste. Love the chocolate and oat combination!
