Use a pair of sharp scissors to cut out the required shoe size for a suitable fit. Insert insoles into the shoes with the soft side facing up.
Care instructions:
Hand wash the Clicks latex sports insoles in warm soapy water. Rinse in clean water and allow to air dry flat. Replace when insoles become warn.
