Excellent Product!
I've had this steamer for over five years and love it! Great for facial steaming and to clear sinuses. I've had no problems with mine so far.

Great product
I am very happy with this product. I also use it as a steamer for steam inhalation as a relief for a tight chest. I add a few drops of eucalyptus oil to the water. It is very easy to use and fuss-free. I realise this is supposed to be a beauty product, but it does the job beautifully for me. I have been trying to find another one to purchase for a family member and I cannot seem to find one in stock.

Works well for the price
This face steamer works very well. The trick is in how to use it. Perhaps some expect it to release steam like a boiling kettle or pot. I found that the best way to use it is to put a towel over your head just as you would a bowl of boiling water. Then breathe in normally.
To maximize the steam, take long deep breaths through the mouth then slowly exhale through your mouth. As you exhale, the steam will be directed towards your face, making you sweat bullets.

Mine isn't even making steam. I'm so disappointed in this product.

Its to small so the steam is not effective like it should be. I think its ideal for teenagers maybe.

I still go back to a bowl of hot water and a towel would not recommend. Not a life saver

Its a great product. I am happy with the results and the product was very affordable.

Not worth it
Quite pricy but it doesn't release much steam and I don't regret buying it but I wouldn't recommend it. A good old bucket and hot water does the job
