How to use
Usage instructions:
Recommended use: Breakfast or a pre-workout meal. 20g carbs = 1 scoop. 40g carbs = 2 scoops. Microwave: Place 25g (±1 heaped scoop) rice creme in a microwavable bowl and add 150-200 ml boiling water or milk. Stir well with a fork or spoon. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir well. Repeat this until you reach the desired consistency. Water quantity and cooking time may be varied. Stove top: Place 25g (±1 heaped scoop) of rice creme in a pot and add 150-200 ml boiling water or milk. Stir well with a fork or spoon. Bring to a boil and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until cooked. Water quantity and cooking time may be varied to obtain desired consistency. For a double serving use 50g (±2 heaped scoops) rice creme with 300-400 ml water or milk. Best combined with/stir-in ideas: Protein powder can easily be added to make a high protein rice creme. Nut butters can be added to increase total energy and fatty acid levels.
