Dosage: Adults: Take 1 tablet daily, dissolved in 200 ml of water, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Start with 200 ml of water. Add one Voost tablet & watch it fizz. Once dissolved, it's ready to drink!
