The vacuum bags from the FRESH & SAVE vacuum storage system are quickly to hand if you've bought too much or haven't eaten enough. But that's not all! Like the other bags from the series, the little one is perfect for sous vide cooking and for quickly marinating food – for the grill, for example. Using the vacuum bag is child's play: Fill with food and close the bag using the zip. Now attach the smart vacuum pump to the corresponding valve on the bag. Once it's docked, it extracts the air from the bag in just seconds and stops automatically when the right amount of vacuum has been generated. The only thing left to do is press the push button in the middle of the red silicone valve to seal it securely: Aromas and vitamins are safely preserved and food stays fresh up to five times longer! Every bag has an individual ID to ensure you can quickly relocate your frozen goods. Simply scan the QR code and track the vacuum bag via the ZWILLING Culinary World App. Thanks to the reminder function of the free app, you'll always know when your stored food needs to be used.
