Massage the gel into your legs with a gentle but firm action, beginning at your ankles and working your way up the leg. Apply when needed throughout the day. Antistax® Double Fresh Gel can be used together with compression hosiery and support stockings. Use within 6 months of first opening. Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive areas. Do not apply to open wounds

Try not to cross your legs for extended periods.

Antistax Double Fresh Gel
Antistax is the best thing I discovered in a long time. It helps with my husband's leg pain - not due to active legs. Also helps with skin problems on his legs. Also helps for my lower back pain. Makes a big difference !!
