Instructions for use: For a standard serving of 230 ml, pour 187 ml of room temperature water into a glass, gradually add 6 levels coops (a scoop is included in the tin) or 60.6g of Ensure® Gold powder while stirring and mix until dissolved. One tin containing 400g yields approximately six 230 ml servings.
